How early should I book? For weekends and month-end dates, booking at least two weeks ahead improves crew availability. Urgent moves may still be possible — send your addresses, move size, and preferred timing via WhatsApp and we will advise honestly.

What is included in a quote? A typical quote covers labour, truck transport within Singapore, stretch wrap and basic protection, and standard tools. Cartons, specialised crating, disposal, or long-distance services are quoted separately so you can see each line item.

Do you move pianos, safes, or glass cabinets? Yes, with advance notice and sometimes an on-site assessment. These items need extra crew, equipment, and time — we will factor that into the plan and price.

How do you protect my home? We use floor protection, door jamb pads where needed, and blankets for furniture. Lift and loading bay bookings in condos are arranged in line with your MCST rules.

What about insurance? We can explain valuation and third-party transit options in plain language. Coverage depends on the policy you choose — we will point you to the documents you need to read before move day.

Can you help with disposal or storage? Yes. We coordinate disposal runs and short-term storage partners when you need a gap between handover and move-in.
